At Pro PDF Editor Suite, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data We Collect
We do not require an account, an email address, or any personal information to use our tools. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you.
2. File Processing
- Uploaded PDF files are processed server-side in an isolated temporary location that is unique to your request.
- As soon as your converted or merged file has been prepared for download, the uploaded files and the generated output are deleted automatically.
- If processing fails for any reason, your uploaded files are still removed automatically.
- We do not read, analyze, sell, or share the content of your files.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage solely to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and to display local usage statistics on your own device. No cookies are used by us for tracking or advertising purposes. See our Cookie Policy for details.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Google Fonts and Font Awesome for UI rendering, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. These services may log your IP address as part of their standard operations. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Security
When served over HTTPS, all file transfers are encrypted in transit. Each request is processed in its own isolated temporary directory, and all files are removed immediately after processing.
